FAQ’s and Terms & Conditions for Affiliate Program

Q) What is the Bharat Nirman Affiliate Program?

A) The Bharat Nirman Affiliate Program is free and easy to join. Promote Bharat Nirman using a unique affiliate link that you can share on your website, blog, social media, and video tutorials - however you choose. You will get commission for every new paid customer who routed through your link.

Q) Commission?

A) The commission percentage is fixed 5% on total sale consideration irrespective of any property purchased by your referral.

Q) Payout?

A) We will pay you on a monthly basis. Payout will be made on or before 5th of the every month. However, there should be a gap of at least 7 days after we received the payment from buyer; this is to prevent refund adjustments. We may accrue and withhold commission until the total amount due to you is at least Rs. 1,000/-.

Q) Fixed Monthly Commission?

A) Depends on your website/blog traffic, social media followers/audience, the size of the banners/forms that you are pushing every month you will get paid Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- as a fixed monthly commission.

Q) Multi Level Commission?

A) No. If the customer (who comes to us through your unique link) has referred to another one, and if the second reference become a customer and make payment, then you won’t get commission.

Q) Commission Paid if Customer made Payment through EMI?

A) Yes, you will get the commission proportionately as per the received EMI amount each month.

Q) Commission on Website visit?

A) Yes, you will get paid Rs. 10/- on every new visit through your unique link.

Q)Exchange?

A) All payments will be made and transfer through NEFT/RTGS in INR.

Q)Do I have to Pay to Join the Program?

A) No, it's absolutely free to become an affiliate partner.

Special Offers & Promotions

From time-to-time, we may make changes to the affiliate commission rates including but not limited to:
a)Exclude certain ventures or verticals of business from earning commission and/or; b)Reduce or Increase the commission for specific ventures or verticals of business;
We may also run special or limited time offers or promotions under which you may earn commission on ventures that were previously excluded from earning commission or you may earn increased commission rates from those set forth above. We may notify you about these rate changes, special offers or promotions by updating this page and/or through emails, blog posts, or other means.

Governing Law & Disputes

This Affiliate Program will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to the principle of conflict of laws. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating or arising in any way from the matter under the program.
